Cancellation Policy

Bookings agree to pay full cost of booking if cancelled with less than 7 days notification prior to check-in, or no show.

We recommend you have your own Travel Insurance to cover cancellation for unforeseen situations such as adverse weather events as this is a high rainfall rainforest area, and our standard cancellation policies will still apply.
